Registration Categories
Categories (A), (B) and (C) registration fees include technical programme attendance, one copy of the proceedings, welcome reception, lunches, coffee-breaks, conference dinner and one technical visit.
Category (D) registration fee includes technical programme attendance, lunches, coffee-breaks and one technical visit.
Category (E) registration fee includes welcome reception, conference dinner, and two tours of local places of interest.
Registration Deadlines
Early Registration on or before 1st June 2006.
Late Registration after 1st June 2006.
Cancellation of Participation
Registered delegates wishing to cancel their participation at the ESREL 2006 Conference will have their full registration fee refunded, minus an administrative fee of EUR 100 (One hundred EUROs), provided written notification is received by the Conference Secretariat before 15th August 2006. Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Paper Presentation
Presenting authors must be registered at the Conference by 1st June 2006, at which time the Conference Proceedings need to be submitted to the publishing house. Failure to register within the set deadline may jeopardize the publication of their paper(s).
Each registered delegate cannot present more than two papers. |
